Second take Of the several awards Warren Lehrer’s A Life in Books has won this year, the most gratifying for me is the 2015 International Book Award for Best Cover Design, because of how that hints at the typographic delights that await a reader inside: 101 imaginary book jacket covers featured in a burst of design, typefaces and colour.
